A small processing fee will be added to the invoice.

If paying by check, include it with a mailed application or - for an emailed application – mail the check along with a copy of the fees document to the PCCG mailing address.

Upon receipt of application and fees, PCCG will determine status of each training, conference or provider. It is the responsibility of the person or organization approved to offer training to issue certificates to training attendees. In order to maintain approved status, person or organization providing training must submit, no later than 30 days after the last date of the training, the following information:

  • Name of person approved for credit & organization name, if applicable
  • Title and date(s) of training
  • A copy of sign in sheet that includes participant name, email address and phone number (physical address may suffice in lieu of email) and signature verifying participation.

This training documentation may be mailed to PCCG – Continuing Education Report, PO Box 1922, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 or scanned and emailed to pccginfo@gmail.com.

Attendance information is required for persons seeking credentialing or re-certification to receive appropriate credit.
